I’m thrilled to have come across this great website tonight. (See link at bottom of post) We all know what it’s like – a student is feeling anxious, upset and needs your attention/support alongside the 30 others. They could be having a complete meltdown and they can’t express what they feel or why they feel that way. But they need you. And you know that they need you.
Here are two great mindfulness activities for the classroom. I think the first one is more suitable for the junior end of the school and the worksheet exercises would be more suited to the senior cycle.
